Located in Lincolnshire, IL, Stevenson High School serves a student population of over 4,000. RDG engaged with this client to completely transform the food experience for the students, faculty, and administrative staff of this school community.
Based on the size and physical layout of the school, students choose from various venues throughout the facility. The images above represent the completion of the renovation for the largest serving/dining area – the West Commons.
Enthusiastic customer response in an open campus setting has resulted in greater participation and a corresponding increase in revenue.
