A unique school setting allows students to learn a core curriculum in an environment where the arts are integrated into all aspects of learning.
In the serving space, simplicity is key. The single-line format allows the food to be the focus while encouraging healthy food choices through placement and presentation. The artwork in the servery matches the school’s artistic diversity and is incorporated to complete the overall light and healthy feel of the space.
Completed in 2016, this unique design promotes healthy eating and moving the students through the space quickly. This allows students, faculty, and administration to have plenty of time and space to connect with the community around them and enjoy fresh food.
